Where do you ship from?
We ship from Marrakesh, Morocco, where we live.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have shipped to over 15 countries. We ship to Australia, Europe, Canada and the United States regularly. Please inquire if you are interested in a product and live in Asia or somewhere else -- we will quote your shipping rate directly.
How is shipping calculated?
All our carpets and blankets ship free to Europe, Canada and the US. Shipping to Australia is a flat fee of $45 for all blankets and carpets (with a few exceptions of those carpets that must ship by air freight). If you add anything else to your order of a carpet or blanket, it ships free as well. On all our other product, shipping is calculated by weight.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
It normally takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Asia and Australia can take approximately 1-2 weeks longer.
What if I need my item faster?
We can arrange to ship by Fed Ex for very reasonable fees for larger items. Normally arrival time is approximately 1 week for Fed Ex.
What method of shipping do you offer?
We ship items by air via Post Colis Prioritaire. This shipping method provides us a means of tracking your item during its voyage to you. It's very reliable. For expedited shipping, we use Fed Ex or an air freight forwarder. We can also ship byDHL or UPS.
Anything else I should know about shipping?
All items over 30 Kgs must be delivered via air freight -- please inquire for a shipping quote.
What about insurance?
All items are shipped insured.
What about returns?
Please understand that goods can not be shipped back to us in Morocco. Customs in Morocco often seizes incoming packages and we do not receive them. We can't take responsibility should you not be able to receive your package when it is delivered. No exceptions.
Unless items are damaged during shipping, all items are final sale. We stand by our product descriptions and purchase only the finest examples.
What if I don't like the color of my carpet? Can I return it?
Please note that there may be some variations in color of the item due to computer screen differentials. In particular, beige carpets may be darker or more golden/yellow than they appear on your screen. Our beige carpets are made of natural undyed wool and are not white or ivory -- they are variations of beige, with vintage carpets often a darker beige. Detail shots will offer a better idea of color. All sales are final.
Will I be levied customs duties upon arrival?
Customs duties depending upon receiving countries. In the case of the US, there is a free trade agreement with Morocco. Your country may charge customs tax on received goods.
